We offer two basic forms of prefabrication technology i.e. modular buildings and panel-based structures for a wide variety of applications and architectural styles in sync with natural site and location requirements.

Prebuilt Modular represents our high end luxury prefabricated building solutions that are modular in nature and are prebuilt and supplied from the manufacturing facilities in fully or semi built up modules. This range is excellent for luxury farm houses or weekend houses, resort cabins and cottages, beach huts, modular stackable hotels and micro-apartment systems.
With one of the highest strength-to-weight ratios of any construction material, Light Gauge Steel offers great strength and durability. This makes it an ideal choice for all building types, including commercial, utility and housing. It is most notable for its excellent flexibility, allowing for creation of client specific layouts and applications.
The Eight Eight is a panel based kit of parts prefabricated construction system that is supplied from the manufacturing lines in form of a building kit that is transported to site and installed on a concrete foundation or plinth slab. The basic panels, originally in eight feet by eight feet dimensions are joined together with our unique steel joiners to make small buildings of virtually every size and configuration.
Widespan steel buildings are pre-engineered steel based buildings that are supplied from the factory as a building in kit form. Ideally suited for applications in industrial, logistics, warehousing, aviation, essential infrastructure, education, agriculture, healthcare where speed, flexibility, and economy is desired. These buildings are manufactured to the best in class industry standards and can be engineered to conform to all building conditions and codes.
Our portable cabins are built with structural grade steel in all popular sizes with typical widths of 8, 10 or 12 feet and lengths of 20, 30, or 40 feet with heights ranging from 8 to 10 feet. The all-steel construction allows for a rugged box container that can take the stresses of transportation and positioning and also provide a secure and vandal-proof enclosure.
Our portable utility units include security cabins, gate and guard cabins, in-plant supervisor cabins and, generally, cabins for all other popular requirements such as shower units, toilet units, laundry and kitchen units, storage containers, equipment enclosures, and kiosks or point of sale units. We build these utility units as per our extensive library of standard layouts and also in response to customer stipulated configurations and sizes.
